Essential Duties
- Provide accurate information to our clients regarding trading tool functionality and account status.
- Work closely with the Operations Group to address all new account opening issues
- Resolve all clearing and margin issues
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
- Time management and the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong customer orientation
- Work experience in equity options and the stock markets a plus
- Excellent verbal/written interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience interfacing with a clearing firm
- Customer service experience with a retail brokerage or financial firm a must
- FINRA Series 7 (or 42 and 62) and 63 registrations (OptionsHouse will sponsor)
