This is a critical position within the Operations Group at OptionsHouse. The position requires a solid understanding of retail brokerage accounts and credit risk management.

Core Responsibilities

• Issuing margin calls
• Aging margin calls
• Monitoring satisfaction of margin calls
• Communicating with clearing firm on margin issues
• Communicating with clients to resolve margin issues

Skills Required

• Extensive knowledge of Regulation T and NYSE rules and Equities & Fixed Income Products
• Particular knowledge of option requirements and their relationship with equities
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills are important as client-impacting and credit-related decision making is required in this role
• Candidates should possess a desire to work in an in a fast-past, time-sensitive, team environment with meaningful client interaction
• Familiarity with MS Suite programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) is required

Experience Required

• At least 10 years of experience in operations in a retail brokerage operations department
• 5+ years margin analysis experience strongly preferred
• Bachelors Degree required
